If you have questions on the different products we offer, or need specific information in regards to an item, give us a call! We have a background in construction GPS systems and can assist you to better understand the products.

Support

We will provide basic set-up support on an as needed basis on each purchased kit. We have contacts who specialize in training if you are needing more in-depth support. Please contact us with any questions you have!

Warranty

We warranty our products for 90 days. If you find your item is faulty in anyway, please call us. We will assist you through the shipping process and any replacement items you may need while we repair your item.

Repairs

We are able to complete minor repairs on equipment once the warranty period has expired. Bigger repairs will be sent to an outside source to be completed. If you are unsure what an issue may be with your item, feel free to call us.

Return Policy

You may return purchased items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We ask that you contact us ahead of the return so we can understand the issue and watch for the items. You should except to see the refund within 3 weeks, due to processing times.

If you ordered from our website, you can start your return by logging into your account. Navigate to the “Complete orders” link under the My Account menu and click Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you once we have received and processed the return.

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping to all locations within the United States. We ship within one business day.

If you would like expedited or international shipping, please contact us and we will give you a quote. Please note that there are restrictions on some of our products which prevent us from shipping to international destinations.

If you are in the area, you are welcome to pick up from our location.
