SUPPORT

We provide basic set-up support on an as needed basis for each purchased kit. We also have contacts who specialize in training if more in-depth support is needed. Please contact us with any questions!

WARRANTY

All products include a 90 day warranty policy. Let us know if any purchased item is faulty. We offer assistance with the shipping process and any replacement items needed while repairs are being completed.

REPAIRS

We perform minor repairs on equipment after the warranty period has expired. Larger repairs will be sent to an outside source to be completed. If unsure what an issue may be, feel free to give us a call.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us ahead of the return so we can understand the issue and watch for the items. Refunds are processed within three weeks of arrival. 

Website returns can be completed by logging into your account. Navigate to the “Complete orders” link under the My Account menu and click “Return Item(s)” button. We’ll notify you once we have received and processed the return.

SHIPPING

We offer free ground shipping to all locations within the United States. We ship within one business day. We also offer free local pickup. Please contact us for a quote on expedited or international shipping. Please note that there are restrictions on some of our products which prevent shipments to international destinations.
