iDig 2D Touch & Connect 2D+

How to videos & Manuals for both iDig systems

iDig Touch 2D

These videos will walk you through the calibration process for your iDig Touch 2D system and help you achieve the best possible accuracy.

If your machine is not grading or digging accurately, check the following:

  • Verify that all bucket measurements were entered correctly. Incorrect measurements are one of the most common causes of accuracy issues.
  • Use Wizard Mode during setup unless your sensor is mounted directly on the bucket rather than the dogbone.
  • If you have recalibrated the bucket multiple times without improvement, perform a new boom and stick calibration.
  • Confirm that all sensors are installed in the correct locations. Refer to the installation manual or setup videos for proper mounting positions.
  • Run the machine at full operating RPM during calibration. Low engine speeds can allow excessive vibration to affect sensor readings and reduce calibration accuracy.

Having Accuracy Issues?

If your machine is not digging or grading accurately, check the following:

  • Verify that all bucket measurements were entered correctly during setup.
  • Make sure all sensors are installed in the correct locations and mounted securely.
  • Confirm that the machine profile and attachment settings match the machine being used.
  • If accuracy is still off, perform a new bucket calibration and then recalibrate the boom and stick if necessary.
  • Ensure the machine is running at normal operating RPM during calibration to minimize the effects of vibration.
  • Inspect all sensor brackets and hardware for movement or damage, as loose components can affect accuracy.
